Club meetings are held weekly during race season every Monday at 7pm in the Moultonborough Academy cafeteria. Meeting minutes will be posted here after each meeting for racers to stay up to date on club announcements and decisions.
Updates about meetings will be displayed on the website and Facebook.
8/13/2025 Meeting Minutes
Key topics: Memorial race for Jack Cook is on 8/29 at Legion Speedway in Rumney, NH. Need sign ups for help at the fair booth, contact a board member to sign up. Need helpers for the fair parade. There will be sweatshirts and hats available for sale at the fair booth. Need to gather more raffle donations for the fair raffle. Next meeting will be 9/8 at the Moultonborough Academy cafeteria.
9/8/2025 Meeting Minutes
Key topics: The trailer will be gone through and emptied in preparation for the fair on the weekend of 10/4. The club still needs to collect fair raffle prizes and volunteers to work the fair booth. Anyone interested in volunteering or donating to the raffle can reach out to a board member.
9/29/2025 Meeting Minutes
Key Topics: The merchandise for the fair is ready for pick up and will be sold at the booth. We still need two volunteers to work the booth Monday afternoon. Anyone interested in helping out for the parade should contact a board member. Anyone interested in donating to the raffle should contact a board member. Next meeting: 10/6 in the MA cafeteria at 7PM.

Key Topics: Merchandise is being sold at Burns Automotive and The Village Station, if anyone is interested in selling it locally elsewhere, please reach out. Next meeting: 1/5 at MA
1/5/2026 Meeting Minutes
Key Topics: Getting closer on ice: Berry Pond has about 4 inches of black ice, Lees Pond has between 9-12 between the entrance, spectator area, and track area. Now collecting sponsorships for regular races and Latchkey. We need volunteers for the races! If interested in helping out with plowing, flagging in the corners, selling 50/50 tickets, etc. Please reach out to a board member. Meetings will now go back to weekly at the school at 7PM.
1/12/2026 Meeting Minutes
Key Topics: Lees Pond has 9-10 inches of black ice, still need more. Berry Pond has less ice than Lees. Latchkey donation prices for ads and class sponsorships will remain the same as last year. Reach out to Callie Burns or a board member if interested in donating. Still need more volunteers for plowing, selling 50/50 raffle tickets, and being a corner flagmen. Reach out to the board if interested in volunteering. This year we WILL be handing out weekly trophies for regular races.

Key Topics: Still do not have enough ice to race, will check ice this Saturday morning and make a final call. Updates will be on facebook and the website. The deadline for Latchkey book donations is 2/1. Please reach out prior to 2/1 if interested in donating.

2/2/2026 Meeting Minutes
Key Topics Jack Cook Memorial race date set for 2/14, 11AM start on Lees Pond, $20 per car to spectate Latchkey Cup race date set for 2/21, 10AM start on Lees Pond, $20 per car to spectate and $20 for ALL drivers. Both weekends are tentatively double headers, weather and ice permitting. The radio channel for spectators to tune into will be 89.9 for the season. Racer reminders: Drivers are encouraged to park their car on the track during intermission, the club will be plowing before cars go out. Cars coming into the pits during a feature get 3 laps under caution. We WILL be doing backstretch restarts for all classes but Mods and Sprints.
2/9/2026 Meeting Minutes
Key Topics: Jack’s race will start at 11AM on Lees this Saturday. Drivers: Arrive early to tech in and draw for both heat and feature line ups. Children, pets, spectators and spectator vehicles will be reminded to stay out of the pits for safety. Drivers: We will be doing a pace lap before intermission with yellow balloons like last year, details will be in drivers meeting There is tentatively a regular club race Sunday
2/16/2026 Meeting Minutes
Key Topics: Berry pond is not in good condition, Latchkey is scheduled to be held on Lees Pond on 2/21 Racer reminders: The race is over once the checkered flag is thrown, regardless of if you are a lap behind the first place car. On all restarts, someone with a full view of the track (Ex. scorers, pit steward, etc.) will call “Track clear” on the radio before the green flag can be thrown. If you are a helper using a board radio, please do not race with it. Better quality headphones will be for sale in the trailer for $20 per pair this weekend Stock class will likely be running last on Saturday. Next meeting at Burns Automotive
3/2/2026 Meeting Minutes
Key Topics: Motioned to close the race season on March 15th. Banquet: Ideal date is Saturday, 4/25. If anyone has leads on a possible venue, please reach out. Next season race helpers will be assigned again to help with set up and clean up on race day. Next meeting: 3/9 at 7PM, MA cafeteria

Key Topics: Elections meeting and review of rules will be Monday, 3/16 at the MA cafeteria Banquet will be April 25th at Harts Turkey Farm. Tickets are for sale at any club meeting for $50 per person. Will need volunteers to help out prior to and during banquet.
